A : ok,so now, allow me to explain the rules to all of you.There are totally 20 contestants entering the final, including english major students and non-english major students.Each contestant will have 3 mins to make a prepared speech and 2 mins to deliver the impromptu speech and 1 mins to answer the questions raised by our foreign jugdes.Time limitation must be paid attention to when the contest is making a speech on the stage.B: yes!If the speaker speaks more than 3 mins and 15secs or less than 2mins and 45secs, he will lose 0.5 to 1points.The score of each part accounted for 30%,40%and 30% respectively.And our jugdes will marked the contestents based on the contents of their speech, the fluency

A ：这里是由东北袜业举办的“我创新、我提高、我成长”演讲比赛决赛现场
我是主持
人 XX、XX B: 有很多人感觉企业的创新比较抽象，与我们普通的员工是没有什么关系的，听完张秀娥教授的
培训之后，让我了解到原来每个人都是创新的主体，创新是我们工作中确确实实存在的一部分.A: 确实如此，因为每天我们在工作中都会遇到各种各样的问题，而我们发现工作中存在的问题，进而想方设法解决问题的能力就是创新能力的一部分。
B: 比别人提前一步是创新，比别人多想个角度是创新，比别人多干几件实事还是创新。正所谓 “什
么样的思想决定什么样的生活”。
A: 可能每个人对于创新的定义，对于创新的理解是不同的，正所谓仁者见仁，智者见智，那么今
天在这个舞台上我们的选手将逐一为大家诠释他们对于企业创新的理解。让我们拭目以待。

A: 下面我宣布本场比赛规则：本次演讲比赛以 10 分为满分，去掉一个最高分和一个最
低分后，用所得的平均分为该选手的最后得分。
演讲的评分依据分为四项：演讲内容、语言表达、形象风度、综合印象。
