A : ok,so now, allow me to explain the rules to all of you.There are totally 20 contestants entering the final, including english major students and non-english major students.Each contestant will have 3 mins to make a prepared speech and 2 mins to deliver the impromptu speech and 1 mins to answer the questions raised by our foreign jugdes.Time limitation must be paid attention to when the contest is making a speech on the stage.B: yes!If the speaker speaks more than 3 mins and 15secs or less than 2mins and 45secs, he will lose 0.5 to 1points.The score of each part accounted for 30%,40%and 30% respectively.And our jugdes will marked the contestents based on the contents of their speech, the fluency
